Research Objectives
Our goal is to develop innovative, multi-disciplinary strategies to identify novel genetic signatures and tools to study cancer predisposition and treatment. Our applications include
- Systematic strategies to study genomic and functional variation in cancer genes and pathways using bioinformatics, functional and molecular tools
- Biological knowledge driven mathematical and statistical methods to identify genetic and environmental signatures in early detection of cancer
- Develop genetic profiles to study the toxicity and response associated with anticancer therapy
